Store Your Treats The Right Way

We often think that storing our baked goods in an airtight container is the best option. While this might be true for cookies, when it comes to cakes, cupcakes, and other bread-like desserts, go for a layer of aluminum foil instead. Inside of an airtight container, the breads and cakes will start to sweat, and this can create a sad and soggy treat after a few hours. Another pro-tip is to add a slice of bread in with your cookies – the moisture from the bread will keep the cookies moist! Just don’t be surprised to open the cookie jar the next day to a completely stale piece of bread!
