The use of instant vanilla pudding mix makes this recipe easy-peasy. Start out by whisking together the cold milk and pudding mix until the mixture begins to thicken. Next, pour in a can of sweetened condensed milk and whisk until fully incorporated. Finally, gently fold in a tub of frozen whipped topping (such as cool whip) and a hefty 2 cups of chopped walnuts. Transfer the mixture to a premade graham cracker crust and slide it into the fridge for a couple hours to set.
