It’s hard to believe that it has been almost 3 decades since the Viennetta Cake was around in the United States. People loved it, and they have been asking for its return and now, Good Humor is making it happen.

The announcement came on Tuesday from Good Humor, saying that the “iconic ’90s Viennetta” item, including rippled ice cream cake, would be revived. They said in the press release: “Viennetta, the beloved classic take on an ice cream cake, has finally returned to the U.S., thanks to Good Humor! Fans have clamored for Viennetta’s return for almost 30 years, and in 2021, Good Humor grants their wish.”

At this time, the cake will only be available in vanilla. According to a description of the product in the press release, the frozen vanilla base would be sandwiched between “crispy, decadent chocolate layers.” They also said that the shape of the cake would be proportioned to allow sharing with the family.

If you weren’t around to enjoy the Viennetta when it first was out, you can still find it in other countries worldwide.
