When it comes to the kitchen, we thought that we already knew everything that there was to know about the toaster. Evidently, we were very wrong and now we are here to share our awesome new findings with you.
The following revelations is being shared as a means of motivating others. Please do not make fun of us too much, we did not know this basic fact about our toaster and it is mind blowing.
Did you know that these appliances actually come with a crumb tray? We are not too scared to admit that we had no idea whatsoever, but apparently, they’re supposed to be cleaned.
With that being said, this knowledge is a real game-changer. Amy Bails had no idea either and that’s why she decided to share the discovery on TikTok.
She came across a video on her “For You” page that told her about the crumb catcher and she immediately decided to check her own toaster. She had her toaster for 10 years now but she had never come across the crumb tray before and was skeptical about its existence. Watch her reaction in the video below:

That should give all of the rest of us hope that our toasters have one as well. Unless you are someone who has a toaster from ye olden times, yours should come equipped with a crumb tray.
