In case you had forgotten by now, 2019 ended with a pretty awesome announcement. A Ratatouille theme ride is going to be making its way to Disney World’s Epcot. While this announcement was made a few months back, a lot has happened between now and then. The Disney parks have been forced to close their doors for much of the year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
But one lucky TikTok user was given an exclusive sneak peek at the ride and we are now sharing it with the rest of the world. The video starts with a closer look at the sign on the gate. From the looks of it, there is a sign that says “Ratatouille” and this looks like the ride’s front entrance. There’s even an awesome looking statue of Remy for everyone to look at.
This also gives the visitors a chance to see where the ride is located. Anyone who has spent a lot of time at amusement parks knows how annoying it can be when you are unable to find the ride that you are most interested in. Kudos to Disney for nipping this issue in the bud before it is too late.
The ride is slated for opening in Epcot’s France pavilion and was originally set to open during summer 2020. Laughing Place is the Disney park blog that provided us with additional updates. They are a must add to your bookmarks if you are looking to stay fully up to date on all of the latest Disney developments.
These writers are working tirelessly to provide us with regular updates. In fact, the latest information is derived from a trip that they took to the park. They stood on the Disney Skyliner above the park, taking down all of the most recent developments. The banner claiming it would open this year has been taken down but no replacements have been made.
@vicsvlog coming soon to epcot #disney #disneyworld #remi #ratatouille
There are no concrete dates being set at the moment, but that’s okay with us. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will be opening soon enough and guests will be given the chance to “shrink” and experience things through the eyes of a rat. From the looks of it, Disney also plans to provide new and interesting foods to visitors, so we are looking forward to that as well!
