Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

There is nothing quite like sitting inside your nice, warm home and watching the snow gently falling from the sky.

It’s a scene that can make you feel both nostalgic and relaxed but eventually, you will come to the realization that you will have to go outside and shovel at some point or another.

I’ll be the first one to admit that shoveling snow is enjoyable, at least for the first few minutes during the first snowfall of winter. Other than that it is hard, sweaty, difficult work and it has been the reason behind far too many sore backs.

If you happen to be one of those people that just can’t stand to shovel snow, you might want to try a new snowball technique that is gaining popularity.

The premise behind it is actually quite simple: You begin by rolling the snowball until it gains enough size that will clear a path wherever you roll it.

It does require some effort on your part but it is also a rather enjoyable way to remove the snow from your driveway.

I’m not saying that this is going to completely eliminate all of the work. In fact, it is going to take some work to push around that heavy snowball.

You can watch the video of it being done by Joshua Jordan, and it just may convince you that it is the only way for snow removal.

If you play it right, you may even be able to push it all to the back of the driveway and you have a nice little snow barricade until it melts when the weather gets warmer.
