If you want a homemade candy that’s simple, quick, and reliably delicious, these Quick Microwave Caramels are just the thing. They have all the chewy goodness of classic caramel, but the microwave does all the hard work for you. No stovetop stirring, just a few basic ingredients and a quick stint in the microwave. This recipe couldn’t be easier!

A mixture of granulated sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk gives these caramels their rich flavor. Everything cooks together in the microwave, and a quick stir every 90 seconds keeps the mixture even and prevents burning.

Once the mixture reaches 250 degrees Fahrenheit, it gets poured into a buttered dish to cool. After it sets, you’ll have a soft, chewy slab of caramel that cuts beautifully into squares. The pieces are perfect for snacking or sharing.

These caramels are great for holiday trays, gifting, or anytime you want a sweet treat without a lot of effort. With just a few pantry staples and a short cook time, you can make a batch whenever the craving strikes. Enjoy!
