Pecan Blue Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- ⅓ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ cup pecans, roughly chopped
Preparation
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, ¼ cup finely chopped pecans, garlic powder, and worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Spread out a large piece of plastic wrap and scoop mixture into the center. Wrap plastic around the mixture and shape into a ball.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, remove from fridge, unwrap, and roll in remaining pecan pieces.
- Serve with crackers, pretzels, or veggies.
