The pandemic has definitely had some negative impacts on businesses, but it seems that some places are doing just fine despite the current climate.

In fact, Costco is planning to expand by announcing its intent to open new locations nationwide as well as globally.

Announced on their website, everyone’s favorite warehouse superstore shared the thrilling news that they will be adding seven new locations to their list of stores this 2021 summer. Some of the new locations are Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Moore, Oklahoma – all of which will open in July.

In August, there will be new stores opening in Springfield, Missouri, and Naperville, Illinois. But perhaps the most exciting new locations to open in July are going to be just outside of Kyoto, in Moriyama, Japan, as well as the Australian location of Lake Macquarie, New South Wales.

The very first new location will be the one in Murfreesboro, as this one will open at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, July 20. The next two to open will be Little Rock and Moore, opening on July 21 and July 22.

Granted, all these new stores mean new opportunities for anyone who might be looking for work – particularly in the Springfield location, which is looking to hire between 150 to 200 new employees before their August 18 opening.
