He places one pair at each end of his parking space.
Adam lives in West Ridge, a busy Chicago neighborhood. Like many people, he’s gotten pretty tired of the winter weather that’s been beating the city.
But rather than let the weather get him down, he decided to use it to his advantage. He shared his brilliant idea on social media and people were beyond impressed.
He wrote, “Polar vortex fun: pants with nobody inside them! Soak a pair, put outside. In about 20 minutes you can form them to shape, and in another 20 they’re solid.”
But his fun doesn’t stop there. He actually uses two pairs of the frozen jeans to hold down each end of the parking spot.
Since most of us are stuck indoors thanks to COVID-19, it seems like the perfect use of jeans that are just sitting unused. Wintertime can be a major drag and ideas like this make it just a tad more bearable.
If you have ever seen a more clever hack for saving a parking spot in the snow, we would like to see it.
What do you think of his idea? Would you save your parking spot with jeans? Let us know!SKM: below-content placeholder
