Alek Krautmann, being the considerate coworker he is, brought in everyone’s favorite breakfast food: bagels!
Alek picked up two boxes of fresh bagels from his local Panera Bread in Washington, D.C. He selected a nice assortment, too. There were plain bagels, sesame bagels, everything bagels…
Before his coworkers gathered to feast in the break room, Alek snapped a photo of his generous offerings and posted it to Twitter.
“Today I introduced my coworkers to the St Louis secret of ordering bagels bread sliced,” he captioned the picture.
And with that, #Bagelgate commenced.
You see, these bagels were not sliced down the middle, dividing them into two equal halves.
