The first time that I ever went and saw a magic show I must’ve been about five or six years old.

I remember there was this park near my house that had an open amphitheater and during the summer months, they would put on all variations of family-friendly performances every Friday and Saturday night.

It would range from local theatre companies putting on plays to music concerts, and everything in between. My mom took me and my friends on Friday to see a magic show and I was mystified by some of the most normal tricks.

Granted, now that I’ve grown up, I know that there are ways to perform these tricks that seem like magic, but they’re still fun to watch.

However, the real magic that a magician possesses is in his ability to captivate and entertain his audience – no matter who is in the audience. And that is what Kevin Li was able to do when performing a trick for one of his audience members.

While going to a table to perform a trick, Li learned that the man sitting there was blind. That didn’t stop him at all, in fact, the magician did say, “There’s always a way to experience magic.”

And it looks like he was right!
