Larry had a tough life. The 11-year-old husky was rescued from Northern Canada after being injured by other dogs. He was from a rural community where dogs were left to roam, but nothing could break Larry’s spirits.
Thankfully, after the incident with the other dogs, Larry was able to be lifted from the rural community and given a better life with a “misfit” dog rescuer named John, who shares photos of his rescues on Instagram.

Despite his rough background and old age, Larry maintained all the stubbornness and attitude of a husky. John captured Larry’s stubbornness and spice for life perfectly in a now virl-video he shared online.
In the video, 11-year-old Larry is outside enjoying the icy Canadian snow. John, however, needs to go out but he can’t just leave Larry outside so he goes to call the dog in – much to Larry’s dismay.
It seems that Larry knows exactly what John is asking when he opens the door and calls him to come in. But the dog refuses to budge. Instead, he throws a temper tantrum and protests!
Larry visibly taps his feet and shakes his head and even lets out a few barks!
“You stubborn husky,” John can be heard saying.
