Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

Much like the rest of us, Kelly Clarkson has been stuck at home. Celebrities are not immune to the issues that we have all been facing as of late, that is for sure.

Now, Kelly is letting us know more about what she has been experiencing since she’s been stuck at the crib. Fans were given the chance to take a closer look at her day-to-day recently and it was illuminating.

The pandemic has caused many of us to take a step back and Clarkson had to, as well. She may have won Grammys in the past and she may be known all across the world but that does not mean that she can avoid the downsides of our current reality. That does not mean that she is crying or sulking, though.

In a hilarious turn of events, Taraji P. Henson was given the chance to host The Kelly Clarkson Show and she chose Clarkson as a guest. Henson’s subject showed up for the interview in one of the best outfits that we have ever seen. We could easily relate to this one. We love her silk robe, comfy pajamas, and sleeping mask.

There is not a single trace of makeup to be found here either, which might be the most relatable aspect of this equation. The two proceeded to have a very candid interview about Clarkson’s life these days and we could certainly relate to that, too. The part where she admitted that the home was still decorated for Christmas had us screaming with laughter.

We took our stuff down on the early side but let us tell you…it was an epic struggle. The part that really had us going is when she was talking about her family’s obsession with Encanto. “Our third night in a row to watch Encanto ha! My kids are obsessed and I don’t mind, it’s so good,” she tweeted.

Kelly says that it is like the family is watching three versions of the movie. One child sings all of the songs and the other recites the lines of dialogue to Mom.

Celebrities: they really are just like us, aren’t they? Check out the interview below:
