Jalapeno Popper Quiche 4-min

Today we’ve got an irresistible and spicy twist on a breakfast classic. May we introduce to you… the Jalapeño Popper Quiche. We’ve known many people who write off quiche as bland or boring, and we’re out to change that! Filled with all the core popper ingredients like jalapeños, bacon, and cream cheese, this recipe takes game day food and turns it into a meal you can eat any time of day (and trust us, you’ll want it for every meal!).

Just like the indulgent treat this quiche is inspired by, the spice of the jalapeños is balanced out by the tangy cream cheese and further elevated by the salty bacon. The resulting flavor is sinfully rich when added to a mixture of heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and eggs. It’s then all baked into a buttery pie crust for the ultimate brunch option. When the crust turns golden brown and the center no longer jiggles, you’ll know your quiche is fully cooked and ready to be enjoyed! We prefer quiche warm, but the beauty of this dish is that it reheats very well if you have any leftovers (unlikely!).
