DIY Garlic Syrup

Next time you’re feeling under the weather, don’t go for the pills, make this garlic syrup instead! These three superfoods combined make for a powerful boost to the immune system. In order to reap the full benefits of this honey, garlic, apple cider vinegar syrup, you can take 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the morning. If the taste is too powerful, you can always dilute it in a glass of water or tea to cover the taste. You should start seeing improvements in health within 2 weeks.

To make the garlic syrup, simply combine 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of organic, unpasteurized honey, and 10 cloves of garlic in a jar. Shake for about 90 seconds to fully combine. Once you make the syrup, it should be consumed within 5 days, or else it will lose its potency.
