Chicken is such a versatile ingredient, but we all too often fall into a rut of making the same recipes over and over. I was starting to feel that way so I set out to try something new and these Parmesan Chicken Skewers immediately caught my eye. Juicy bites of chicken are seasoned, coated with parmesan, and baked to golden perfection. Is your mouth watering yet? The best part about this recipe is that it can be made on the grill, in the oven, or even in the air fryer. If you’re looking for a delicious new chicken recipe, this is the one to try!

If you’re using wooden skewers, you’ll want to soak them in water for 20-30 minutes so make sure to plan ahead. Cut your chicken into bite-sized cubes and then toss them in a seasoning mixture of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. You’ll then skewer the chicken cubes and pack them tightly together to they remain nice and juicy. Next, brush on a homemade butter parmesan sauce and line the skewers up on a parchment lined baking sheet.

The skewers will bake for about 14 minutes and you’ll want to flip them halfway through. When they’re almost done, set the oven to broil for 1-2 minutes for a nice golden color and crispy exterior. Serve them with a big side salad and some garlic bread for an irresistible full meal!
