Work is work but there is no law that says a worker cannot take a minute or two to have fun while they are out and about. This is a lesson that this FedEx worker has taken to heart. Just wait until you see this hilarious interaction!
He happened to be making some deliveries in a local neighborhood when he came across a teenage boy shooting hoops alone.
When the driver hopped out of the truck, the boy tossed the ball to him. Without missing a beat, he snags the pass and throws a sweet alley-oop jam. The funniest part of all? This driver was not even delivering to this house!
He’s decided to stop by for the love of the game. The Ring footage here is hilarious and we cannot stop watching it. Ball is life and the rest is just details.
“My 14-year-old son, Hudson, shooting hoops in the driveway. FedEx didn’t even deliver to my house, he just parked the truck, got out, dunked it, said thank you, and went on about his day,” his family shared with ViralHog.
Initially, Hudson’s parents did not believe him when he told them what had happened. They probably thought that he was making up tall tales. In reality, he was telling the truth. Once they finally accessed the footage for themselves, there was no denying the awesomeness that had taken place here.
“It was days later when my son told me the FedEx guy stopped to shoot with him, and I kinda tonight he was messing with me until I pulled up the security camera,” the family shares. Thankfully, the Ring camera caught it all and we get to see it for ourselves.
Delivering packages all day is probably tedious at times and we are sure that this kid feels the same way about shooting hoops alone.
