Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

The pandemic has changed many aspects of the way that we live. For starters, we all have a doctorate in using Zoom at this point. At first, we did not care for it but now we cannot imagine living without it.

We have even gotten into the habit of allowing our kids to wear their jammies at home when they are in the midst of their remote learning routine. At first, we assumed that the pandemic would be over soon. Never in our wildest dreams would we have guessed that it would affect our Halloween celebrations. We made do as best we could, though.

While this year’s celebrations are not going to be the same as the ones we remember, it is nice to know that we can finally wear a face mask for a more joyous occasion. If your kids are anything like our little ones, they cannot wait to pick out a costume. This is one of the happiest parts of Halloween for our brood, that is for sure.

On the other hand, Halloween is approaching fast and parents may not have any ideas at the moment. That’s okay because Ellen is here to help. Perhaps you would be like to be able to choose costumes for your children that you can look back on one day and chuckle at. Maybe you want something that screams 2020-2021?

This clip from the Ellen show is here to assist you. These kids have come up with all sorts of costumes that are a sure sign of the times. We can heavily relate to some of these costumes. The “Mom on a Zoom Meeting” costume resonated with us big time and we are sure that you are going to enjoy this one as well.
