Some dogs aren’t the biggest fans when their owners welcome home a little human.
After all, a new baby in the house means the dog is no longer the baby of the family! But sometimes, dogs are natural protectors and they love having a little baby to watch after (or to play with).
Gunner is one such dog who adores having a little sibling. He lives with his owners, the founders of Kentucky Raised Designs, and their new baby, and he loves to play with the tiny tot!
It’s all fun and games until the baby has to sleep. If you know anything about babies, you know they sleep – a lot. Since Gunner likes to play a lot, it becomes a problem.
In a hilarious viral video, the baby’s mom recorded Gunner crying at the bed while the baby slept. He wanted to play so bad, he was barking and whining!
Mom can be heard saying, “He is asleep. He’s not going to play right now.”
Despite her words, Gunner doesn’t give up. He lets out a whine and continues to hop around and try to play with the sleeping baby.
