When this TikTok user ventured to Costco and purchased a loaf of Sara Lee bread, there is no way that they ever could have expected what ended up happening next.

It is one of those stories that is hilarious when it does not happen to you and totally infuriating when it does. While there are some who are mad right along with this TikTok user, there are others with more important questions.

They shared in a video that they obtained a loaf of bread that is not shaped in the manner that you would expect. There are many who responded and wondered why the bread that they buy are not shaped like this, believe it or not.

@apnstyledthis is the one who shared this video and we are willing to bet that they did not expect to inspire this much of a debate.

“Costco, explain yourself,” the shopper says as the video begins. From there, they take their Sara Lee Artesano Bakery Bread loaf out of its packaging. Typically, this loaf of bread will have been cut into 15 different slices. That’s not what happened here, though. The loaf that they took home was cut into 7 slices instead, leaving them dumbfounded.

“Why is my bread cut like this?” they asked, showing the audience what they were dealing with. Clearly, this TikTok user is able to make lemonade out of the lemons, though. They came up with the perfect solution for the bizarre bread loaf. “Guess we’re doing long sandwiches for the week,” he said, as the shape of the slices was put on full display.

The comment section seemed to be firmly divided on this loaf of bread. There are some who were inspired and they were firing off ideas left and right. “ummm french toast would be amazing with those,” one viewer suggested. “that’s for those shaggy and scooby doo sandwiches,” another one joked. We are already thinking of the massive sandwiches that he could whip up, so we are right there with them.

Dagwood Bumstead would be thrilled to see this long bread. “Put the peanut butter on one side of jelly on the other. And just fold it over. No need for two separate pieces,” suggested another viewer.

The company that packaged the bread is actually at fault, in case anyone was blaming Costco. “That’s not Costco, that’s artisan bread company. Don’t through them under the bus, we need those $1.50 hot dogs,” implored one commentator.
