Many will think of spice cake as a fall indulgence, but I’m a strong believer in making it all year. It’s delicious with a cup of coffee or tea, and keeps well since it’s so moist. There’s no wrong time for a classic dessert. Mix things up with a cream cheese frosting instead of the icing, or throw in some dried fruit or nuts. This cake is easily tailored to suit your taste preferences.
