We’ve got Chef Dom in the studio for a Homemade Cheeseboard class. In this class, Chef Dom teaches us how to make ricotta cheese and a chili jam, yes, both from scratch! As much as we can appreciate the ease of store-bought cheeseboards, Chef Dom wants to encourage all of us to make our own cheese and jam.

If you’ve never contemplated homemade cheese, give it your serious consideration! With only a handful of ingredients, for both the cheese and the chili jam, you’ll temporarily feel like an artisanal cheesemaker! The cool and creamy ricotta is a perfect balance to the heat of the freshly made chili jam. Both are wonders on crostini, toasted in the oven to a crispy yet tender perfection.
