Butterscotch Dip 6-min

Start things out by beating a package of cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth– no one wants a chunky dip. Next, mix in a cup of whole milk and a package of instant butterscotch pudding. Continue stirring the mixture for a couple minutes until it thickens. Fold in the cool whip until the contents of the bowl are silky smooth. Finally transfer the dip to your serving dish and top it all off with toffee bits for a little crunch.

Pop the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let it set up and allow all those sweet flavors to meld. When it’s time to dig in, serve it up with Nilla wafers, pretzels, apple slices, or graham crackers. No matter how you indulge in this rich and creamy dip, it’s sure to be a hit. Give the recipe a try and see for yourself!
