Made with sweet banana and nutty peanut butter, they strike the perfect balance between delicious and healthy.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ⅔ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ⅓ cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup wheat germ
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, and butter until light and creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and bananas, and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, and wheat germ, then slowly mix mixture into the wet ingredients.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 22-25 minutes or until cooked through the center.
  5. Let cool 30 minutes before slicing. Store in the fridge for best results.
