A 9-year-old boy in Florida is being hailed a hero after saving his baby brother from falling off a changing table.
Anyone who has a younger sibling is definitely going to be able to relate to this one. We are all grown now and we still feel the same level of protectiveness over them, that is for sure!
The moment was captured on a baby monitor and it shows baby Eitan and Joseph in a room. As you’ll see in this video, this little baby is lucky to have such an attentive older brother. This child is only nine years old but already has the instincts of a seasoned parent.
It’s a good thing this little hero was on hand to make sure that no harm came to his baby brother. It only took a split second, but baby Eitan started to fall off the changing table!
Thankfully, Joseph sprung into action and saved the day.
Their mother, Tila, has a total of five kids and she was home alone with all of them when this incident took place. This story goes to show that all it takes is a few moments for disaster to strike.
A fall from a changing table could be pretty serious for a small baby, but thankfully, Eitan ended up perfectly ok.

“I would never be able to do that again because I can’t carry my brother,” he said when he spoke to ABC News.
That’s a hilarious admission but this child is as honest as he is heroic. Joseph even received a “Do The Right Thing” award from the Miami Police Department.
“My message is to parents: Enjoy your kids,” Tila concludes. “Protect them as much as you can. At the end of the day, in a second, everything can change.”
