Cheesy Mexican Bean Dip

We were getting ready for a friends-and-family game night the other day and we wanted to incorporate those classic Mexican flavors we know and love, without having to make a big meal out of it…enter: cheesy bean dip. Stuffed with refried beans, green peppers and cheese (naturally), this dip reminds us of all those dishes we love, yet came together quickly and easily and was devoured by the group when we brought it out. They couldn’t get enough of it and neither could we! Get the addictive recipe here!

Molten Cheesy Tomato Garlic Dip

This should be at the top of your “To Make” list! Roasting the tomatoes and garlic is the real key to the delicious flavor here; it adds a slight smoky sweetness that you can’t get otherwise and it makes pureeing the tomatoes a breeze. Then we load things up with a ton of our favorite cheeses and some herbs, and pop it in the oven where it all melts and blends together. Paired with some toasted bread, you’ve got yourself a dynamite dish. Get the delicious recipe here!

Baked Fontina Dip

It is literally impossible to go wrong with this dish. There is nothing better than hot, molten cheese on crusty bread. It’s like an easy version of fondue, no open flames involved, and it tastes even better! Fontina is a fabulously creamy cheese with hints of nuttiness, and it melts really well. Anytime you want to really wow people, you should show up with this dip. Get the easy recipe here!

Mexican Street Corn Dip

If you’ve ever tried Mexican street corn, you’ll know how delicious it is: corn on the cob smothered with mayonnaise (which sounds a little gross but is actually amazing), cotija cheese and chili powder, among other things. We love this stuff so much, it’s insane – plus, it’s easy to make yourself! However, we don’t always love cooking up a big batch of corn, so we decided to reimagine the dish as a dip.
