Sweet potatoes aren’t everyone’s favorite, but Hilah Cooking has a sweet potato hack that is sure to bring a new appreciation for the dish.
She shows us how to make twice-baked sweet potatoes. Baked sweet potatoes are great, but twice-baked are next-level. One of the best parts is that the ingredients are all easily found in most kitchens.
She suggests using a half-pound of medium sweet potatoes for this recipe.
All you need aside from that is sour cream, butter, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper, with optional honeyed almonds to top it off.
Many of us have probably had twice-baked potatoes, but never would’ve thought to try it with sweet potatoes!
