Bring it to your next holiday party or enjoy it as a snack while you watch all the Christmas rom-com classics, there’s no wrong time to enjoy this festive dip.
The base of this dip is made up of two blocks of cream cheese and a little mayo. You’ll want to mix it until it’s smooth and creamy, then add in garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Next comes the red and green peppers! I opt for roasted red peppers and tamed jalapeños. Feel free to use spicer options if your crew enjoys a little heat. If I’m bringing this dip to a party, I often layer the peppers on top in colorful stripes for a little extra pizazz, but that method is completely optional.
This dip is great served with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks. Whether you’re hosting a cookie exchange or heading to a holiday potluck, this Texas Christmas Dip is sure to become a favorite on any occasion.
