A class where we can talk about new exciting meals for the upcoming season. These recipes can be made anytime in the year, but especially when you’re craving something refreshing and light. This gnocchi dish is one of my favorites because of how quick it all comes together with a little parsley and spinach pesto. We have two delicious dinner salads on the dock that you can have ready in less than 15 minutes. A black bean taco salad with an ingenious dressing made with sour cream and salsa, AND a country club salad inspired by the delicious turkey club sandwich even the bacon comes along.
