Bullying is an all too common issue in our schools and it’s a problem as old as time itself. Kids can be really mean sometimes. This is the story of one child who grew up to realize the error of their ways, though.

A child that bullies may not be aware of the damage that they are doing or they may have underlying issues of their own that have not been taken care of.

This Oklahoma comedian spent years swiping his classmate’s pizza at lunchtime. Now, he wants to make amends. He’s been able to track the victim down online and plans on providing all of the necessary reparations. It’s a great story that is sure to warm the heart. The videos from the former bully are now blowing up big time on TikTok.

“Hopefully he [the victim] reaches out and me and him can get together,” says Joe Erwin in the clip. The 24-year-old comedian described the awful things he did when he was asked about any dastardly deeds he was responsible for as a child. “I used to steal a kid’s lunch every day and eat it right in front of him.

“I’d absolutely house that pizza right in front of him, and he didn’t get to eat lunch,” he added. The classmate’s name was Dylan and Joe would shamelessly trick him, day after day. He is now looking to take full responsibility for the actions of his “stupid, fat, little self.” “Oh, I’m sorry, man. I’m just hungry — that’s all,” Erwin would reply when Dylan challenged him.

His rationalization was a simple one. Dylan was on the slimmer side and Erwin was a bigger child. “We both always got pizza, and we always sat next to each other. We actually played at recess together. We were friends,” Erwin explains. “But he was a little guy and — surprise — I was a fat kid. So I just thought, ‘Since he’s such a little guy, he doesn’t get hungry like I do.’”

“Dylan, if you’re out there, I’m sorry, man,” he continued. “I want to take you out to the most expensive pizza place that you could think of. I know it’s not gonna completely make it right, but I at least want to say, ‘I’m sorry.’”
