If you’re like me, then you love drinking the juice from the jar after you’re done eating all the pickles. Or maybe you like to add pickle juice to your cocktails? But if you’re a pickle-eating-expert like me, then you know drinking the juice from the jar comes with a bunch of debris.

Gordy’s “Fine Brine” is canned pickle juice that not only tastes delicious but it comes in a ‘classy’ looking can.

I know my wife would have loved drinking this stuff when she was pregnant – She was OBSESSED with pickles for some reason.

The company says that you are supposed to use Fine Brine in cocktails, but that’s not stopping me from drinking it straight. At $16 for four 12 OZ cans, it is a little on the expensive side, but pickle lovers will probably think that a price is worth paying.

The Washington D.C. based company describes the pickle juice: “Perfect balance of salty, tangy, and sweet — this bright ingredient is a great addition to your next cocktail. Best served cold.”

Company founder, Sarah Gordon, told Tasting Table:

“It’s literally a burst of acid and flavor all in one that brightens cocktails and dishes in a very subtle, balanced way. It rounds out cocktails and cooking recipes similar to how a pinch of salt does.”

It won’t be exactly the same experience as drinking out of the jar, as each can packs a serious punch and comes with a bit of spice to balance out of the sour. Think of it as a kind of sweet and spicy pickle juice. It definitely seems to beat drinking out of the jar, though.
