We sure love a party dip that packs a punch without requiring a whole lot of effort– and that’s just the kind of recipe we have for you today. This Pep Dip requires only 4 ingredients, a quick use of the food processor, and a little mixing for absolutely fabulous results. No baking, no fuss! It’s creamy, zesty, and has just the right amount of kick. You’re going to love this one.

At the heart of this recipe is a hefty three blocks cream cheese—yes, three!—because when it comes to dip, we don’t hold back. Let them soften to room temperature then give ‘em a good mix until smooth. Next up, pepperoni. A quick whirl blend in the food processor breaks the slices down so they can be mixed in for a creamy texture. Careful not to over mix, we don’t want a pepperoni paste on our hands. Toss in a handful of pepperoncini peppers for a little kick and give the mixture one more quick process to blend them in.

A sprinkle of Italian seasoning finishes it off and now it’s time to mix it all together. We like to chill the dip for half an hour or so to really let those flavors meld, but if you sneak some straight from the mixing bowl we won’t judge. Whether you’re hosting a get-together, going to a potluck, or just looking for a tasty snack, this Pep Dip won’t let you down!
