8. Not quite self cleaning.
The self-cleaning feature is a really big help, but don’t think you’re off the hook completely. After the self-cleaning function has completed, make sure to wipe down the inside of the oven and remove any lingering soot. Oh, and give your oven some time to air out before you get to baking again. You don’t want cookies that taste like smoke!
