How To Deep Fry Using Less Oil

While frying foods leads to delicious results, it often leaves you with a messy kitchen and an even messier pot or pan. This method requires a little bit of folding but gives you a compact fry space that saves you from cleaning up the mess. And it’s all possible thanks to a bit of origami.

This method, demonstrated by TikTok user rinatakagi, shows that origami isn’t just for decoration.

The origami box is put in a pan with a tiny bit of oil, and the food is fried in batches. While many people complained, saying to just use a smaller pot, this method prevents the fried food from sticking to the bottom of the pot and makes cleanup a breeze.
