If you are the sort of person who regularly experiences a great deal of stress when it comes to deciding what to wear, this is the perfect hack.
Rasheena Liberté (who can be found @layerednliberte on TikTok) is here to change the game for all of us indecisive types. In fact, she has a justification for not being able to find the right clothes that will make a lot of sense to most of us.
“You don’t know how to dress, and it’s not because you’re not God’s favorite,” she says on TikTok. “You don’t know the right outfit formulas for your body.” In order to create the formula that you are about to witness, she takes the structure of the type and uses the type of piece for the top, bottom, and shoes in the process.
“For example, the outfit formula I’m wearing right now is a bodysuit with baggy pants. The beauty about an outfit formula is that it’s going to work for you every time,” she continues.
Her hack is the key that is going to unlock so many doors for women who are struggling to put together a proper wardrobe for themselves. In fact, she suggests that we store the formula in our Notes app for safekeeping.
TikTok was head over heels in love with the idea from the get-go. They asked for more formulas and even began to offer their own theories on which formulas applied to them. “Yessss! More formulas please!!! I think I’m a body suit or crop top with high waisted pants girlie!” one viewer replied.
Another asked if she could make a series of videos on this topic. Rasheena was more than happy to deliver for them. Two more formula videos have dropped since then. The first one that she shared was for the ladies who look their best in an oversize T-shirts and leggings. In the second video, a graphic T-shirt was paired with some dress pants.
“We’re going to take trial and error, and we’re gonna put that into practice and start practicing — because practicing is the only way that you’re gonna be successful at this styling thing,” she said in the follow-up video.
