If you’ve ever loved pulling apart a warm, buttery monkey bread, this Olive Monkey Bread is going to feel familiar in the best way. It’s the best savory version of a favorite, and it makes for the perfect appetizer when entertaining. No fuss, no fancy steps, just simple ingredients coming together into something everyone wants a piece of!

This is the kind of appetizer that looks impressive but doesn’t ask much of you. Bite-sized pieces of dough get coated, baked, and packed together so every pull-apart piece is soft on the inside and golden on the outside. The olives bring that salty, briny flavor that makes you want to go back for just one more piece… and then another.

What we really love about this recipe is how easy it is to serve. There’s no slicing or plating required—just turn it out and let everyone dig in. It’s perfect for game day, holiday get-togethers, or any time you want a warm, savory bite without spending all day in the kitchen.

If sweet monkey bread is a classic in your house, this olive-filled version is a fun twist to add to your recipe box. It has that same fun pull-apart appeal, but with those fun Mediterranean flavors instead. This one won’t last long once it hits the table.
