This easy dip is just the treat to whip up when you want to wow (or should I say “dazzle”) your guests, but you’re short on time. It comes together in a matter of minutes and is absolutely packed with flavor. From the sweet raspberry jam to the zesty jalapenos, this dip hits all the right notes and is sure to disappear in no time!

The dip starts out with a rich base of cream cheese. Whip two blocks until it’s smooth and airy, then you can add in the remaining ingredients. We’ve got some shredded white cheddar cheese, chopped pickled jalapenos (though you could use fresh for a little extra kick if you’d like!), savory bacon crumbles, and a handful of seasonings to bump things up a notch.

Ingredients
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cup white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup tamed pickled jalapeños, drained and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2-2 cups raspberry jam
  • crackers for serving
Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add cream cheese and mix until light and airy. Mix in remaining ingredients except the raspberry jam.
  2. Once well combined, spoon mixture into a pie dish or 8x8-inch pan. Spread into an even layer.
  3. Spoon raspberry jam over the creamy mixture and spread to edges.
  4. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving for the best flavor.
  5. Serve with crackers or pretzels.
