Ask any mother and they will tell you that moorings can get a little hectic. Even if you only have one child and are trying to get them ready and out the door to school, it can be a struggle at times.

That is nothing, however, compared to what Tiffany Nelson has to go through. Every morning, she has to get her 16 children ready for the day, and they have a routine that is going viral.

Tiffany starts out by saying when the alarm goes off at 6:40: “Last night flew by and let me just tell you – we did not get a relaxing sleep. But I’m gonna go wake up kids and hopefully, this can all be okay.”

She then mentions that she typically has more time so she could use all the luck she can get. She goes on to talk about her dedicated mobile charging station where all the kid’s phones are kept in her closet. She does this to keep them from having the phones in the room at night.

The kids do have their own alarm clocks to get them up, but it’s still a mad dash as they tried to get out the door in time. When Tiffany checked on her teenage daughters, she found out that they were almost ready to go and the beds were made.

It’s a good thing, because they only had about 15 minutes before they had to leave.

That moment of serenity was crushed when she found out that the younger children were supposed to leave early for choir class. On top of it, Luke, who is 12 years old, is always the last one to get out of bed and he is just now stirring.

She helps the 10-year-old with a ponytail and then has to do a wardrobe change for the 10-year-old because she always wants to wear shorts. The problem is, it was supposed to snow that day!

As the time began to wind down, she was doing her best to motivate the 10-year-old to get changed, but it was a bit of an uphill struggle. DeLayNee said: “Mom, I’m not going to be cold.”

Dad was already downstairs getting breakfast ready for everyone but two-year-old Ledger wasn’t feeling well. Tiffany feels that it was because they were swimming the day before due to the unseasonably warm temperature.

It was a struggle down to the end, with her referring to it as an emergency situation. She said: “I’m gonna call the school and be like ‘Luke couldn’t make it because we couldn’t find his pants.’ I don’t know what we’re gonna do.”

After they finally got all of the kids dropped off at school and picked up Luke after he found his pants, they sat down and got the real day started.
