If you’re looking for a quick, flavorful dip that’s guaranteed to be a hit, Mississippi Dip is it. Creamy, tangy, and packed with savory flavor, this easy recipe comes together in minutes and is perfect for parties, game day, or anytime you need a crowd-pleasing snack. It takes those delicious flavors of a Mississippi Pot Roast, but puts them into snack form. Absolutely genius, if you ask us!

The recipe starts with a base of sour cream and mayo, giving it a super rich and creamy texture. From there, a packet of au jus mix and onion dip are mixed in for a super savory flavor profile. But what really brings in that signature Mississippi roast inspiration is the pepperoncini peppers and a splash of brine. All you have to do is toss everything into a bowl, stir it up, and let it chill. An hour and hour in the fridge allows those flavors to meld and the dip to firm up.

Serve Mississippi Dip with your favorite potato chips, crunchy veggie sticks, toasted crostini, or even pretzels. Whether you’re bringing it to a game day gathering or setting it out for movie night, just be warned, you might want to make a double batch. Once people taste it, the bowl will be empty before you know it.
