In this class, Chef Dom will walk you through basic knife skills. The most important — Where Do I Put My Hands? He’ll cover: how to hold a knife, how to move the knife, how to protect your other hand, and more. Then, he’ll take you through different techniques for three different vegetables. You’ll learn to dice, mince, and slice using potatoes, garlic, and onions. Have fun!
