It seems as if people are talking about the benefits of using Ketchup to get rid of stains. If you have a sink that is lackluster and could use a little help, then this is a tip for you.

According to mothers who posted on the Mums Who Clean Facebook group, Ketchup is an inexpensive way to keep your kitchen sink clean. Moms in the group are constantly praising it for its cleaning properties.

One mother said that she used Ketchup and left it on her sink for 11 hours. After she scrubbed and rinsed off the condiment, she was left with a beautiful sink. She even shared pictures to show the before and after.

It isn’t just Facebook that is talking about the benefits, even The Spruce says that you can apply it and it will start working within 30 minutes.

There are also some who suggest that you leave it on for at least 30 minutes and then scrub it with a soft cloth. Rinsing also seems to be of benefit.

So, if you have a sink with a persistent stain, why not try putting a little Ketchup on it? As they say, the proof is in the pudding so try it for yourself. You might just like what you see.
