If you’ve ever had the opportunity to fly, you’ve already been through the safety demo before the flight.
It’s the one where they show you the emergency exits, tell you how to operate your safety belt, and tell you what to do if the respirators drop.
This tends to be the part of the flight when most people ignore what is going on. On the other hand, they may never have been on a JetBlue Airways flight with this flight attendant.
Joey MacNeer took a video as the flight attendant was performing the best safety speech of all time. He was so animated and high-energy from the beginning to the end.
After Joey posted the video on TikTok, it went viral and more than 1 million people have watched it. Undoubtedly, it’s a routine that he does several times per day and he just wanted to add some pizzazz to it.
He even ends on a good note, after the safety discussion. He slides into the workstation and disappears as the safety talk ends.
This was an epic safety discussion but there was something odd happening. When you watch the video, you’ll notice that almost nobody is laughing or reacting to what he was doing.
You can hear a woman laughing somewhere in the background, but you would think that more people would be reacting to what he was doing.
