We’ve found many sneaky ways to add more protein to our diets, but this High Protein Chip Dip has to be one of the most delicious! Made with 2 cups cottage cheese, zesty garlic, and juicy artichoke hearts, this dip is not short on flavor either!

The best part about this recipe is probably how incredibly easy it is to whip up. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor, except the artichoke hearts, and blend until the mixture is nice and smooth. Throw in the artichokes and pulse a couple times until they’re incorporated. Spoon the dip into a bowl or serving dish, sprinkle with some paprika, and then it’s time to dig in!

Ingredients
  • 2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • 8 artichoke hearts, from jar
  • Pinch of paprika for garnish
Preparation
  1. In a blender or food processor, add cottage cheese, garlic, lemon juice, mayo, pepper, and water. Blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add in artichoke hearts and pulse a few times until combined.
  3. Transfer mixture to serving dish of your choice and sprinkle paprika on top.
  4. Serve with chips, pretzels, or veggies.
