Robots are gradually becoming a bigger part of our lives and New York City is certainly embracing this fact.

Once you see this new idea that they have come up with, you are going to be absolutely stunned. CNBC journalist Ray Parisi has captured the moment for us and we are more than happy to share it with our readers. The footage is so incredible, we could hardly believe our eyes.

The video that you are about to see depicts the moment a robotic attendant parked a car in a garage that is located beneath a New York City building. The parking spots in this building start at a whopping $300,000 and the prices only go up from there.

“Hidden deep below some of New York City’s most luxurious apartment buildings is an exclusive world of futuristic parking spaces where high-end vehicles are parked and retrieved by robotic parking system,” the description reads.

When the motorist enters this high-end system, they are asked to drive onto a specialized platform. The car is then lowered into the underground garage. From there, it is rotated 180 degrees, so that it is able to face the exit. This allows the driver to retrieve their vehicle far more easily. All they have to do when it is time to go is drive it forward.

“Now it’s turning the vehicle 180 degrees so it’s facing the opposite direction that way when the owner retrieves it the car comes out facing the exit so the rich people who park here never have to put their cars in reverse,” the description continues. This is awesome to see but our words can barely do justice to this process.

The spot that you see in this video was included as part of a home purchase package that cost nearly $10 million! “This subterranean car lair, where no humans are allowed, is located in NYC at 121 E 22nd St deep below a luxury 140-unit condo developed by Toll Brothers. Just this month a buyer picked up a $300K spot along with the condo’s highest priced apartment, a five-bedroom duplex in a package deal that cost $9.45 million,” the video explains.
