French Carrot Salad

- 4 cups grated carrot
- ⅓ cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoon honey
- ½ garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- In a large salad bowl, add grated carrot and parsley.
