Everyone has their go-to bagel order and mine is undoubtably an everything bagel. Load it up with a thick schemer of cream cheese and I’m in heaven. But everything bagel seasoning is no longer reserved for only bagels! You can pick up a canister of all that garlic, onion, sesame, and poppy goodness right in the spice aisle of the grocery store. I always have some on hand and when I created these Everything Bagel Cracker Bites I knew they were too good not to share!

Start out by melting a stick and a half of butter (this can be done in the microwave). Toss the oyster crackers in the butter until they’re fully coated. Next, you’ll sprinkle in about 1/3-1/2 cup of the everything bagel seasoning and 1/3 cup grated parmesan over the top. Toss again to evenly coat the crackers. Spread the crackers out on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until they’re beginning to brown. Allow the crackers to cool before storing them in an airtight container if you aren’t going to serve them right away.

This recipe couldn’t be much easier to throw together so it’s a great choice for a last minute snack! It has a homemade element that’s sure to impress and flavor that will have everyone coming back for another handful. My friend took one bite and declared that this stuff was “dangerous.” That’s how addictive it is.

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 ox) box oyster crackers
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup everything bagel seasoning
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add crackers to a large bowl and pour melted butter over top. Toss to combine.
  3. Sprinkle in everything seasoning and parmesan and toss to evenly coat.
  4. Transfer crackers to the prepared baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Allow crackers to cool then store in an airtight container.
