There have been a lot of unexpected Ed Sheeran collaborations over the years, at least from a musical standpoint.

Now, he is stretching himself even further, coming together with Kraft Heinz to bring us a new condiment that is sure to intrigue.

Some may already be aware of the “Edchup” offering, but this is something completely different. Tingly Ted’s Hot Sauce is here, inspired by Sheeran’s childhood nickname.

People used to call him Ted and now, you can get in on the fun as well. There are two different flavors to choose from: “Tingly” and “Xtra Tingly.”

They are each centered around a lemon, smoky flavor that is provided by red jalapeño peppers, capsicum chilies, and a mixture of various spices and herbs. This creation was borne out of a desire for additional spicy condiments and we are sure that this will fit the bill for many.

Tingly Ted’s is now looking to become the “ketchup of hot sauce.” It is designed to be used in a variety of contexts, whether you are looking to enjoy a late-night snack or your morning eggs. We are already salivating as we stop to think about all of the possibilities that this new sauce has to offer us.

“Before Tingly Ted’s I used a different hot sauce for every meal and for every dish. But there wasn’t one hot sauce that goes with everything, whether you’re eating in the middle of the day or the middle of the night. I wanted a game-changing hot sauce that does the lot – the ketchup of hot sauces. It didn’t exist, so I decided to make my own. And that’s how Tingly Ted’s was born,” Sheeran said, according to Paper Magainze.

Ed Sheeran’s Kraft Heinz Tingly Ted’s Hot Sauce (try saying that one 10 times fast) is already available on a pre-order basis. Shipping is set to take place on March 1 and a wider rollout of the sauce is expected as well.
