When most people think about carving a pumpkin, it isn’t necessarily for the purpose of keeping some beer cold. In reality, however, it is one of the most practical uses of a hollow pumpkin that you could think of. In fact, there is a way that you can create a pumpkin cooler that will easily keep 24 bottles of beer cold. You can also choose from a variety of other cool beverages as well.
This tip comes from the YouTube channel owned and operated by Tipsy Bartender. They provide you with the guidance you need so you can create your own pumpkin cooler this year.
Of course, you will need a very big pumpkin in order to make this cooler. The video claims that the pumpkin was 70 pounds prior to the time it was hollowed out. If you happen to have a pumpkin available of this giant size, then you can get busy creating. You just cut the holes in the pumpkin for the bottles, add some dry ice, and before long, it is ready to go.
There is another option for creating a pumpkin beer cooler that you may want to consider as well. After hollowing out the pumpkin as usual, fill it with ice and your favorite canned beverages. It may not be quite as visually appealing as the one with dry ice, but it’s still a lot of fun to have around.
