Babies are awesome for a number of reasons and one of them is that they will laugh at nearly anything that they are shown.
The way that they will laugh and giggle at the most random things never ceases to amaze us. The father in this story was clearly having a ball preparing dinner for his loved ones and it is easy to see why. Christopher Messner had his child Toryn strapped to his chest while he prepared the meal.
Toryn was loving it but the baby was a bit fussy initially. The front-facing carrier was a nice touch, though. These contraptions give babies the chance to watch the proceedings without ever having to take their eyes off the prize. That’s why this video ends up being so funny. In fact, Christopher decided he would record Toryn.
This would give his mother a chance to see his hilarious antics for herself. As Dad continued to trim and toss stalks of asparagus into the pan, Toryn could not stop laughing.
We did not expect this to be so funny to them but that’s the magic of babies in a nutshell, right? They can find some form of humor in just about anything.
“I was getting dinner ready while my wife was out getting her hair cut. Baby was getting fussy while sitting in the pack and play nearby. I knew the baby wanted to be held, so I put on the ergo while I prepped the asparagus. Immediately, Toryn started laughing every time I snapped and tossed an asparagus. I had to show this to my wife so I set the phone on the counter and hit record,” Dad shared with ViralHog.
We are very fortunate that he chose to do so. Now, we will be able to watch this clip anytime we want. For parents out there who have little ones of their own, this is sure to be a highly relatable moment. If there is something that makes your baby laugh, it is hard to resist the temptation to keep on doing it.
Kudos to this day for taking something as simple as preparing asparagus and making it fun. While Toryn is not going to remember this moment firsthand, this video will forever live on.
